4. Engage clients during wait times using Maison-provided tools to ensure a pleasant experience.
5. Stay informed about local cultural activities to facilitate engaging conversations with clients and support Fashion Advisors.
6. Share valuable insights with management to enhance client experience.
7. Act as a reference for boutique services related to the client journey, including appointment management, beverage service, and Art of Wrapping.
8. Follow boutique operational instructions as outlined in the Boutique Charter.
9. Contribute to the animation of Morning Briefs.
