1. Serve as the initial point of contact in the boutique, adhering to grooming guidelines.
2. Warmly welcome clients and direct them to appropriate spaces and Fashion Advisors, ensuring a tailored service for Very Important Clients (VICs).
3. Maintain high standards of hospitality and manage boutique traffic, focusing on international clientele.
4. Engage clients during waiting periods, ensuring a pleasant experience using available tools.
5. Stay informed about cultural activities in the city to facilitate engaging conversations and support Fashion Advisors.
6. Share valuable insights with management to enhance client experiences.
7. Act as a reference for boutique services related to the client journey, including appointment management, beverage service, and packaging.
8. Follow store operation instructions as outlined in the Boutique Charter.
9. Contribute to the animation of Morning Briefs.
