- Serve as the primary point of contact for all staff and visitors at the Toronto office, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage the virtual switchboard system for the Candiac, Québec Warehouse, providing additional receptionist support.
- Maintain an immaculate and well-presented reception area, ensuring all guest inquiries and requests are addressed promptly.
- Oversee the scheduling and management of boardrooms and meetings, including catering and beverages.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams, particularly Public Relations and Training, on ad hoc requests and projects.
- Act as the go-to person for general queries and company knowledge, including new joiner processes and emergency procedures.
- Ensure tasks such as booking FedEx requests and ordering products are executed with precision and care.
- Adapt to additional duties as required by business needs.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.

Competitive compensation package: between $55-60K + end of contract bonus.
