1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all staff and visitors at the Toronto offices, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
2. Provide virtual receptionist support to the Candiac, Québec Warehouse via a switchboard system.
3. Maintain an immaculate and well-presented reception area, ensuring all guests and requests are attended to promptly.
4. Manage boardroom scheduling, catering, and beverage arrangements, as well as oversee all incoming and outgoing mail.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, particularly Public Relations and Training, on various projects and ad hoc requests.
6. Act as the go-to resource for general inquiries and company knowledge, including new employee processes and safety protocols.
7. Execute tasks such as booking FedEx requests and ordering products efficiently and securely.
