Chanel BI Product Manager - Sustainability & Solutions

1. Lead a multidisciplinary squad of BI Data Analysts and Data Engineers in an agile environment.
2. Define the vision, roadmap, and backlog for dashboard offerings across ESG, People & Organization, and Ethics & Legal domains.
3. Prioritize development efforts based on business impact and stakeholder needs across Europe and globally.
4. Ensure data quality, consistency, and relevance across all BI solutions.
5. Monitor adoption, usage, and user satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
6. Act as the key interface between European and Global teams to ensure alignment and share best practices.
7. Collaborate with Tech teams to design optimal technical solutions.

1. At least 5 years of significant experience in BI product management, ideally in ESG, HR, Legal, or Finance within a retail environment.
2. Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
3. Recognized leadership and diplomacy skills, with the ability to drive projects in international matrix environments.
4. Mastery of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

1. Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
2. Strong product vision applied to BI.
3. Experience in dashboard design and data storytelling.
4. Understanding of data engineering issues and collaboration with Data Engineers.
5. Experience in international or corporate/global environments.
6. Knowledge of SQL is a strong asset.

Minimum of 5 years in BI product management, preferably within ESG, HR, Legal, or Finance sectors in a retail context.
