Chanel Beauty Consultant Apprentice

1. Deliver bespoke client consultations in makeup and skincare, tailoring product recommendations to individual needs and preferences.
2. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and relationship building.
3. Perform makeup application and product demonstrations to showcase technical knowledge and brand expertise.
4. Maintain Chanel visual merchandising, stock presentation and boutique standards at all times.
5. Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions and support daily cash reconciliation following brand procedures.
6. Participate in stock management, back-of-house organisation and inventory cycles.
7. Attend and apply technical and brand training modules provided through the alternance programme.
8. Work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and peak trading periods to ensure superior client coverage.

1. Enrollment in an alternance/apprenticeship programme or vocational training in cosmetics, beauty therapy, retail sales or a related field required.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable interest in luxury beauty and client service.
3. Availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
4. Professional presentation and commitment to maintaining Chanel brand standards.

Ongoing enrolment in a vocational diploma, BTS, CAP or equivalent programme in cosmetics, beauty therapy, or retail sales as part of an alternance apprenticeship.
