1. Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations across skincare, fragrance and makeup to a discerning clientele.
2. Provide in‑store makeovers, product demonstrations and bespoke application services to drive conversion and client satisfaction.
3. Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up communications.
4. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team objectives and promotions.
5. Support daily boutique operations including stock management, replenishment, merchandising and visual standards compliance.
6. Uphold Chanel’s hygiene, safety and product presentation protocols, ensuring an immaculate client environment.
7. Participate fully in theoretical and practical training modules provided as part of the alternance programme.

1. Eligible for a French alternance (work‑study) contract starting September 2026.
2. Demonstrable passion for luxury beauty products and strong commercial orientation.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and provide consultative service.
4. High standards of personal presentation and professionalism appropriate to a luxury boutique.
5. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by store schedules.

Entry‑level role suitable for candidates beginning their career in luxury retail; previous experience in cosmetics or high‑end retail is advantageous but not mandatory.

Currently enrolled in or accepted to a recognised vocational or higher‑education programme eligible for alternance (e.g., cosmetology, beauty, retail, or related studies).
