1. Provide personalised skincare and makeup consultations, tailoring recommendations to clients' needs and preferences.
2. Deliver product demonstrations, in-store makeovers and sampling experiences that reflect Chanel's brand standards.
3. Build and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and appointment management.
4. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling high-value items.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance lines, staying current with launches and brand initiatives.
6. Execute visual merchandising and maintain presentation standards to ensure an elevated and consistent boutique environment.
7. Process transactions accurately using the store POS, manage inventory levels, and assist with stock replenishment.
8. Represent the brand at in-store events and promotional activities, collaborating with store leadership on execution.

1. Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; post-secondary or certified training in cosmetics, esthetics or related fields preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication and client service skills with a strong aptitude for relationship building.
3. Professional grooming and a polished, brand-appropriate appearance.
4. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to stand for extended periods.
5. Fluent product knowledge and an aptitude for learning technical skincare and makeup techniques.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/esthetician or professional beauty certification preferred.
