1. Deliver personalised client consultations and demonstrations for fragrance, skincare and colour cosmetics, tailoring recommendations to individual needs and preferences.
2. Build and maintain a high-value client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and CRM utilisation to drive repeat business and loyalty.
3. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique’s overall commercial objectives and KPI tracking.
4. Maintain impeccable product presentation and visual merchandising consistent with brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
5. Manage stock levels, process deliveries and transfers, and ensure adherence to inventory and loss-prevention procedures.
6. Participate in product, retail and customer-service training to sustain up-to-date product knowledge and application techniques.
7. Uphold hygiene, safety and regulatory standards for beauty services and maintain a polished, professional presentation at all times.

1. Secondary education certificate or equivalent; vocational qualification in beauty, cosmetology or makeup artistry preferred.
2. Professional training or demonstrable proficiency in makeup application and skincare consultation.
3. Strong commercial orientation with a proven ability to convert consultations into sales.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a high standard of client service appropriate to the luxury sector.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational diploma in beauty, cosmetology or makeup artistry preferred.
