1. Lead the day-to-day sales and operations of the Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Prague.
2. Establish a world-class service and selling culture.
3. Ensure high standards of client experience.
4. Lead by example on the selling floor with client engagement and selling techniques.
5. Drive and follow up on performance indicators for each employee.
6. Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
7. Implement storytelling and cross, link, and up-selling techniques.
8. Develop a client-centric culture focused on building long-lasting relationships.
9. Perform gap analysis on performance and collaborate with other departments.
10. Implement visual merchandising guidelines and adapt animations and events.
11. Manage staff schedules and operational zoning.

1. At least 2 years of documented experience in sales management.
2. Minimum 5 years of shop floor experience within the Beauty industry.
3. Advantageous to be a qualified cosmetologist or makeup artist.

Requires at least 2 years in sales management and 5 years of shop floor experience in the Beauty industry.
