1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Prague.
2. Establish and maintain a world-class service and selling culture.
3. Inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
5. Implement storytelling and advanced selling techniques to enhance client engagement.
6. Develop and execute client-centric initiatives to build long-lasting relationships.
7. Perform gap analysis on performance and collaborate with other departments to implement necessary actions.
8. Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and adapt events for local clientele.
9. Manage staff schedules and operational zoning.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management.
2. At least 5 years of shop floor experience within the beauty industry.
3. Advantageous to have qualifications as a cosmetologist or makeup artist.
4. Fluent in Czech and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
