1. Achieve sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Advise on Chanel's fragrance, makeup, and skincare products.
4. Provide makeup and skincare consultations for customers.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, clean, and close the boutique.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
8. Conduct cash register inventory and report to the Boutique Manager.

1. Trained makeup artist or cosmetologist, or equivalent experience through a passion for beauty.
2. Proficiency in Swedish or English.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive demeanor.
2. Proven sales ability with a focus on luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Experience in retail or a related field, particularly in luxury beauty products, is preferred.
