1. Achieve established sales targets, including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Advise on Chanel's range of fragrances, makeup, and skincare products.
4. Provide makeup and skincare consultations to clients.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, clean, and close the boutique.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
8. Conduct cash register inventory and report to the Boutique Manager.

1. Certified makeup artist or cosmetologist, or equivalent experience through a passion for beauty.
2. Fluency in Swedish or English.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive demeanor.
2. Proficient sales abilities with a knack for selling luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Strong team player with a collaborative approach.

Previous experience in luxury retail or beauty industry preferred.
