1. Achieve sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Provide expert advice on Chanel's fragrance, makeup, and skincare products.
4. Offer makeup and skincare consultations to clients.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, clean, and close the store.
7. Collaborate with the store manager on inventory management.
8. Conduct cash register inventory and report to the store manager.

1. Trained makeup artist or cosmetologist, or equivalent knowledge acquired through a passion for beauty.
2. Fluency in Swedish or English.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive demeanor.
2. Proficient in sales, particularly of luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in a customer service or sales role within the luxury beauty sector is preferred.
