1. Achieve set sales targets, including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Provide expert advice on Chanel's fragrance, makeup, and skincare products.
4. Offer makeup and skincare consultations to customers.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, clean, and close the boutique.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
8. Conduct cash register inventory and report to the Boutique Manager.

1. Certified makeup artist or cosmetologist, or equivalent knowledge gained through a passion for beauty.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
2. Proficient sales skills, particularly in luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Ability to complete tasks independently.
5. Team player with a collaborative mindset.
6. Fluency in Swedish or English.

Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
