1. Deliver exceptional client service and personalised beauty consultations across skincare, fragrance and colour cosmetics.
2. Perform makeup demonstrations, product application and mini‑services according to Chanel protocols and hygiene standards.
3. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow‑up.
4. Maintain merchandising and visual standards to reflect Chanel’s image, including window and counter presentation.
5. Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions and support stock control and inventory procedures.
6. Participate in product and brand training sessions; contribute to in‑store events and promotional activities.
7. Record client data and service history accurately in the CRM to support long‑term relationship building.

1. Enrollment in a recognised work‑study or apprenticeship program (alternance) beginning September 2026.
2. Valid right to work in France for the duration of the alternance contract.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, professional presentation and a demonstrable passion for luxury beauty.
4. Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak sales periods.
5. Ability to follow brand protocols and adapt to Chanel’s high standards of client experience and product stewardship.

No extensive professional experience required; previous retail, cosmetics or salon experience is advantageous but not mandatory for candidates in a work‑study program.

Enrolment in a vocational or higher education programme related to cosmetics, retail, business or hospitality (e.g. CAP, BTS, or equivalent) as part of a formal alternance arrangement.
