1. Provide personalized advice to clients on makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Engage clients to introduce them to Chanel's makeup, fragrance, skincare, and exclusive collections.
3. Introduce new products to clients, ensuring they have the necessary technical information.
4. Maintain a strong commercial focus and contribute to achieving sales targets.
5. Actively invite clients to register in the Chanel database.
6. Maintain active relationships with clients, inviting them to services and events.
7. Motivate clients by informing and advising them about Chanel and its products.
8. Ensure optimal boutique presentation through effective merchandising and adherence to marketing guidelines.

1. Passion for customer service, cosmetics, and the Chanel brand.
2. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

1. Excellent social and communication skills.
2. Commercial acumen and independence.
3. Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
4. Flexibility to work according to Bijenkorf's opening hours.

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar luxury retail role.

Completed education in makeup artistry and/or beauty therapy.

Part-time position with flexible working hours in a prestigious location.
