- Cultivate clients' dreams and desires for Chanel, blending storytelling with brand knowledge, heritage, modernity, and expertise.
- Understand the brand's digital strategy and market trends to provide a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio to extend the Chanel experience beyond the Boutique visit.
- Perform flash make-up and fragrance trials with clients.
- Co-manage the Boutique's maintenance according to established guidelines.
- Drive business growth by enhancing sales and operational efficiency.
- Actively participate in morning briefings, offering feedback and proposals.
- Contribute to back-office operations.
- Achieve sales targets using all available tools, including products, services, and data acquisition, to recruit and retain clients.
- Ensure the Boutique operates smoothly by understanding procedures.
- Prepare qualitative reports for the Boutique manager.
- Manage client information collection for excellent clienteling.
- Share best practices with the team, demonstrating dynamism and contributing to collective knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate closely with the entire team.
- Excellent knowledge of the perfumery and beauty industry.
- Proven sales skills across three product categories.
- Strong interpersonal skills and initiative.
- Listening skills and empathy.
