- Welcome clients and guide them through a bespoke journey within the boutique.
- Deliver a warm, tailored, and ultimate experience to every client.
- Foster clients' desire and dream for Chanel by combining storytelling with a deep understanding of the brand's heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
- Provide beauty services to clients.
- Develop and maintain a client database to ensure continued Chanel experience post-visit.
- Understand the brand's digital strategy and market trends to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Co-manage the boutique's appearance in accordance with established guidelines.
- Drive Chanel's performance by achieving sales targets using all available tools (products, services, data capture) to recruit and retain clients.
- Propose and implement creative action plans to meet various objectives.
- Prepare qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
- Possess adequate knowledge of procedures to ensure smooth boutique operations.
- Handle client transactions.
- Share best practices with the team, contribute dynamically, and enhance collective knowledge and skills.
- Professional sales experience with a passion for the Perfumes and Beauty sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
- Proactive with the ability to listen and adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
- Strong inclination towards performance and challenges.
- Intercultural openness.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in literary Arabic is preferred.
