1. Achieve specified sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Advise on Chanel's fragrance, makeup, and skincare products.
4. Offer makeup consultations to clients.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, tidy, and close the store.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the store manager.
8. Perform cash register reconciliation and report to the store manager.

1. Certified makeup artist, cosmetologist, or self-taught beauty expert with extensive product and technique knowledge.
2. Proficiency in Danish or English.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
2. Proven sales acumen with a talent for selling luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
5. Team player with a collaborative spirit.

Prior experience in a beauty advisory or luxury retail sales role is preferred.
