1. Achieve outlined sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Advise on Chanel's range of products including fragrances, makeup, and skincare.
4. Offer makeup consultations to clients.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, tidy, and close the store.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the store manager.
8. Perform cash register reconciliation and report to the store manager.

1. Trained makeup artist or cosmetologist, or extensive self-taught knowledge of beauty products and techniques.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive demeanor.
2. Proficient sales skills with a knack for selling luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
5. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
6. Proficiency in Danish or English.

Experience in beauty advisory, sales, or a related field is preferred.
