- Serve as a Chanel brand ambassador, embodying the allure and aesthetic of the Maison while sharing in-depth knowledge of its history, stylistic codes, and Fragrance & Beauty product portfolio.
- Welcome clients and guide them through an exceptional customer journey within the boutique, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.
- Provide expert consultations and tailor-made services, including flash make-up and fragrance trials, enhancing each client's experience with engaging storytelling and brand knowledge.
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships, extending interactions beyond the boutique visit and effectively managing data collection for excellent clienteling.
- Understand and apply the brand's digital strategy and market trends, contributing to a seamless and integrated omnichannel experience.
- Co-manage the maintenance and organization of the boutique, ensuring cleanliness, order, and restocking of work areas according to Chanel standards.
- Actively participate in briefings and collaborate with the team, sharing best practices, feedback, and proposals to continuously improve collective performance.
- Contribute to back-office operations, stock management, merchandise arrangement, and qualitative report compilation for the Boutique Manager.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic use of products, services, and loyalty activities, supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the correct application of internal procedures for the smooth functioning of the boutique.
- Proven experience in selling across the three product categories of perfumery and beauty.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, empathy, and initiative.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to manage challenges and changes.
- Energy, motivation, and enthusiasm with the ability to engage and inspire clients through storytelling.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork orientation.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in the perfumery and beauty industry, with a focus on sales across multiple product categories.
