1. Provide personalized advice to clients on makeup, skincare, and fragrance products.
2. Engage customers to introduce them to Chanel's exclusive collections and new products.
3. Maintain and cultivate customer relationships, encouraging database sign-ups and event participation.
4. Ensure optimal boutique presentation through effective visual merchandising and adherence to marketing guidelines.
5. Achieve sales targets through a strong commercial focus and customer engagement.

1. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
2. Completed training in makeup artistry and/or beauty therapy.
3. Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English.

1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong commercial acumen and self-motivation.
3. Flexibility to work according to the store's operating hours.

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar luxury retail role.

Completed training in makeup artistry and/or beauty therapy.
