1. Deliver personalised luxury beauty consultations and product recommendations across skincare, makeup and fragrance to cultivate repeat clientele.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product demonstrations and promotional executions.
3. Perform professional application and demonstration of makeup and skincare treatments, ensuring clinical hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
4. Execute in-store clienteling activities: follow-up communications, appointment management and CRM updates to develop long-term client relationships.
5. Maintain visual merchandising, stock presentation and product replenishment consistent with brand directives and campaign rollouts.
6. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and support daily opening/closing and inventory procedures.
7. Participate in brand training, product education and team briefings to maintain expert product knowledge and service excellence.

1. Proven experience in retail beauty, cosmetics or luxury client service — previous work with premium or luxury beauty brands preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
3. Professional grooming and presentation aligned with luxury brand standards.
4. Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
5. Legal right to work in Malaysia.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training, cosmetology certification or formal beauty qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
