1. Provide personalised skincare, fragrance and makeup consultations to clients, demonstrating product benefits and application techniques.
2. Support the boutique team during the Mother's Day sales period by driving conversion and contributing to short-term sales objectives.
3. Execute product merchandising, maintain luxury visual standards and ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
4. Operate the point-of-sale system and assist with stock management, replenishment and back‑of‑house organisation.
5. Deliver impeccable clienteling and after-sales care, record customer preferences and contribute to CRM activities.
6. Participate in product demonstrations, in-store events and promotional activities as required.

1. Current enrolment in a higher-education programme (business, luxury retail, cosmetics, marketing or related discipline) — internship status required.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour appropriate to a luxury environment.
3. Basic knowledge of skincare, makeup and fragrance products, with enthusiasm to develop technical product expertise.
4. Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and peak seasonal hours; flexible and reliable during promotional periods.
5. Fluent French with professional spoken abilities; functional English is an advantage.

Enrolled student in university, business school, cosmetics/aesthetics programme or equivalent (internship required to validate academic curriculum).
