1. Achieve outlined sales targets, including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Advise on Chanel's products across fragrances, makeup, and skincare.
4. Offer makeup consultations to clients.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, tidy, and close the store.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the store manager.
8. Handle cash register reconciliation and reporting to the store manager.

1. Trained makeup artist, cosmetologist, or self-taught through a passion for beauty products and techniques.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
2. Proficient in selling luxury beauty products.
3. Flexible, self-motivated, and responsible.
4. Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
5. Strong team player with collaborative skills.
6. Fluency in Danish or English.

Experience in beauty advisory or luxury retail sales is preferred.
