4. Conduct makeup and fragrance demonstrations for clients.
5. Maintain the boutique in accordance with established standards.
6. Drive business growth through sales and operational efficiency.
7. Participate in morning briefings, offering feedback and suggestions.
8. Support back-office operations and contribute to achieving sales targets.
9. Ensure seamless omnichannel customer experiences.
10. Prepare qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
11. Manage client information collection for enhanced clienteling.
12. Share best practices with the team, fostering collective knowledge and skills.
13. Collaborate effectively with the entire team.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second foreign language is advantageous.

Experience in luxury retail, particularly in beauty and fragrance, is preferred.
