Chanel Beauty Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Deliver personalised consultations and beauty services (make-up application, skincare advice) to an affluent and diverse clientele in the La Défense / Neuilly retail environment.
2. Build and maintain a client portfolio through proactive clienteling, appointment management and aftercare to maximise lifetime value.
3. Achieve and contribute to sales targets through product recommendations, cross-selling and up-selling while maintaining brand guidelines for service and presentation.
4. Uphold Chanel’s merchandising, visual and stock standards on the sales floor and at counter spaces; ensure impeccable presentation of displays and samples.
5. Participate in brand and product training, promotional events and in-store initiatives; collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless luxury client experience.

1. Eligible for an alternance (apprenticeship) contract beginning September 2026 and enrolled in a recognised vocational programme.
2. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a genuine passion for luxury beauty and cosmetics.
3. Customer-focused orientation with the ability to listen, advise and build lasting client relationships.
4. Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends; reliability and punctuality.
5. Previous retail or beauty experience is an advantage but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
