Chanel Beauty Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations and application services that reflect Chanel’s aesthetic and product expertise.
2. Develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up communications.
3. Achieve individual and store sales targets, contribute to conversion and average transaction value, and record sales activity accurately.
4. Implement merchandising standards: maintain product presentation, replenish stock, manage inventory and ensure point-of-sale displays reflect seasonal directives.
5. Support in-store events, launches and promotional initiatives, collaborating with the boutique team to maximise impact and client experience.
6. Complete administrative and operational tasks including cash handling, POS transactions and daily reporting in accordance with brand procedures.
7. Participate actively in brand training, product education and skills development sessions; apply hygiene, safety and regulatory protocols at all times.

1. Enrolled in an alternance/apprenticeship program in cosmetics, beauty therapy, retail or a related discipline (e.g., CAP Esthétique, BTS, professional bachelor) with availability from September 2026.
2. Fluent French with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Demonstrable passion for luxury beauty, cosmetics and client service; attentive to detail and presentation.
4. Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods, and legal right to work in France.

No extensive prior experience required; previous customer-facing retail or beauty counter experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The apprenticeship is designed to develop practical sales, service and product expertise.

Currently enrolled in an accredited vocational or higher-education program in beauty, cosmetics, retail or a related field (alternance/apprenticeship track).
