Chanel Beauty Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Provide personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to boutique clients.
2. Deliver in‑store beauty services including makeup application and skincare demonstrations in line with Chanel techniques and protocols.
3. Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow‑up communications.
4. Achieve individual and store sales objectives while promoting relevant product launches and seasonal initiatives.
5. Maintain boutique standards: merchandising, visual presentation, stock replenishment and point‑of‑sale accuracy.
6. Participate actively in the alternance training curriculum and apply learning to everyday retail operations.
7. Support boutique events, product activations and promotional campaigns as required.
8. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and brand integrity procedures at all times.

1. Eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract commencing September 2026.
2. Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Demonstrates genuine interest in cosmetics, skincare and luxury retail.
4. Professional presentation and ability to represent a high‑end brand with discretion and tact.
5. Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Entry‑level role: previous customer‑facing retail or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required. Demonstrable passion for beauty and client service is essential.

Enrolled in, or accepted to, an alternance/apprenticeship programme (e.g. vocational diploma, BTS, CAP or equivalent) in cosmetics, retail, business or a related field.
