Chanel Beauty Advisor (Apprenticeship / Alternance)

1. Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product demonstrations that reflect Chanel’s brand standards and client service philosophy.
2. Promote and sell skincare, makeup and fragrance solutions while achieving individual and store sales objectives.
3. Develop client relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment management and post-sale follow-up.
4. Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to brand guidelines, including replenishment and stock rotation.
5. Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions accurately and assist with inventory management and receiving.
6. Participate actively in training, brand events and team meetings to build product expertise and retail competencies.
7. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and regulatory standards applicable to cosmetics retail.

1. Enrollment in an accredited alternance/apprenticeship program or vocational course in cosmetics, retail, sales, business or hospitality.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset and polished presentation.
3. Motivation to learn luxury beauty techniques, product knowledge and Chanel’s service rituals.
4. Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
5. Legal authorization to work in France and ability to commit to the apprenticeship contract period.

Current enrolment in an alternance/apprenticeship program (BTS, Licence Pro or equivalent) in cosmetics, retail, business or hospitality.
