5. Exceed client expectations by crafting bespoke experiences, offering personalized solutions, and ensuring excellence in client service in line with Chanel's rituals and standards.
6. Welcome clients in a manner that fosters strong relationships and brand loyalty.
7. Develop cross-selling strategies across all boutique categories.
8. Effectively manage client complaints and requests in accordance with guidelines.
9. Build and maintain a personal client database, focusing on clienteling with the Manager.
10. Actively participate in beauty events and workshops organized for clients.
11. Ensure the boutique is impeccably maintained in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
12. Understand and engage in boutique operations, providing the Manager with relevant reports.
13. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the boutique's success by achieving sales targets and KPIs.

1. At least 5 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor within a high-end or luxury retail environment.

1. Passion for make-up and beauty with a strong understanding of excellent client experience.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Great sense of initiative and an intercultural approach.

Minimum of 5 years in a high-end or luxury retail environment as a Beauty Advisor.
