- Lead and manage the product category, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
- Coach and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences consistently.
- Provide comprehensive training and development for team members, focusing on Chanel's savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service excellence.
- Analyze and report on product performance, collaborating with the Home Office buying team for effective assortment planning.
- Represent Chanel in the market, enhancing the client base through strategic community involvement and partnerships.
- Maintain in-store presence to uphold boutique image and operational standards, driving business results.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in analyzing business performance and strategic planning.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
A minimum of 7 years in a related field, demonstrating expertise in product management and team leadership within the luxury fashion sector.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The anticipated base salary range is $134,900 to $145,000, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks.
