1. Lead and manage the product category, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
2. Coach and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences consistently.
3. Provide comprehensive training and development for team members, focusing on Chanel's savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service excellence.
4. Analyze and report on product performance, collaborating with the Home Office buying team for effective assortment planning.
5. Represent Chanel in the market, enhancing the client base through strategic community involvement and partnerships.
6. Maintain in-store presence to uphold boutique image and operational standards, driving business results.

1. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

The anticipated base salary range is $134,900 to $145,000, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks.
