1. Lead and motivate the alterations team to achieve excellence in couture, fittings, and client relations.
2. Support the team in meeting objectives, particularly focusing on alterations specialists and apprentices.
3. Conduct monthly and annual reviews, defining and tracking development and training plans for team members.
4. Ensure effective communication and understanding of Chanel's strategic initiatives, such as the 'Chanel & Moi' engagement.
5. Facilitate briefings related to new collection launches and ensure adherence to boutique procedures and standards.
6. Collaborate with Ready-to-Wear Managers to support boutique success and identify growth opportunities.
7. Allocate tasks to the alterations team, propose efficient alteration methods, and ensure deadlines are met, especially during peak periods.
8. Manage inventory of supplies and oversee equipment maintenance.
9. Master the fitting ceremony and tailoring techniques to guide team development and enhance client loyalty.
10. Conduct quality control of completed pieces and perform fittings for privileged clients.

1. Degree in couture or alterations.
2. Proven experience in team leadership, ideally within the luxury or fashion industry.

Confirmed experience in leading a team, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
