1. Represent the ERES brand image by maintaining exemplary standards and supporting the sales team.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador on the boutique floor, coaching sales teams in best practices.
3. Ensure window and in-boutique displays reflect the collection's essence and the ERES image.
4. Maintain the boutique environment in optimal condition, including cleanliness and professional team appearance.
5. Motivate and develop the boutique team, communicating ERES vision and mission.
6. Conduct regular briefings and meetings to inspire the team and discuss performance and challenges.
7. Identify team members' strengths and weaknesses, creating individual development plans.
8. Supervise the team to maintain operational excellence.
9. Design and review the boutique roster to align staff strength with traffic demands.
10. Ensure commercial and financial objectives of the boutique are met.
11. Oversee operational procedures related to sales, discounts, transfers, and stock adjustments.
12. Collaborate with the Store Manager and HQ to optimize assortment and stock levels.
13. Support the implementation of commercial operations and group commercial policies in-store.
