1. Develop blended learning content, including newsletters, digital modules, and training materials, focusing on soft skills, retail experience, and CSR for global retail teams.
2. Collaborate with regional and market teams to deploy training content on dedicated learning platforms.
3. Monitor and evaluate the quantitative and qualitative deployment of educational assets across regions and markets.
4. Organize and facilitate international education events such as conventions, seminars, and exchange forums with key regions and markets.
5. Coordinate various projects ensuring pedagogical consistency.

1. Proven experience in training, communication, marketing, operational marketing, or social media.
2. Experience in the retail sector is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in English and comfort working in an international, multicultural environment.

A successful track record in a training, communication, marketing, operational marketing, or social media role. Retail experience is a plus.
