Chanel Assistant Project Manager, Creative Operations — Fragrance & Beauty

- Support the Project Manager in planning and executing creative operations for fragrance and beauty campaigns, product launches and seasonal activations.
- Coordinate timelines and asset delivery across internal teams (marketing, packaging, legal) and external partners (agencies, printers, photographers).
- Prepare briefs, consolidate feedback, track revisions and maintain a single source of truth for project files and schedules.
- Monitor production milestones, escalate risks and propose corrective actions to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Assist with quality control of creative deliverables to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare status reports, presentation decks and meeting materials for stakeholders and steering committees.
- Contribute to administrative tasks for the creative operations unit, including vendor follow‑up and basic budget tracking.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in marketing, communications, project management, luxury management, design or a related discipline (work‑study/apprenticeship format).
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize feedback and present clear project updates.
- Keen attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality control for creative assets.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury beauty, fragrances or cosmetics; prior internships in agency, brand or retail environments preferred.

- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) — familiarity preferred

Work‑study/apprenticeship level: typically 0–2 years of relevant internship or part‑time experience in project coordination, marketing, creative production or agency environments; prior exposure to beauty or luxury brands is an advantage.
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in marketing, communications, project management, design, luxury management or a related field (required for alternance/apprenticeship).
