1. Assist the Project Manager in the operational management and steering of digital projects within the E-services team for the Europe region.
2. Participate in the deployment of an online appointment scheduling and queue management tool to enhance customer experience.
3. Create, modify, and automate email templates using the Brevo tool to ensure consistent and personalized client communication.
4. Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to resolve bugs in the appointment scheduling tool.
5. Provide technical support to digital business teams for various requests related to the tool.
6. Support the Product Owner in preparing reports, post-mortems, and detailed analyses on product performance.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering, computer science, business, or communication program with a level of Bac+3 to Bac+5.
2. Strong passion for IT with a solid web culture.
3. Recognized for rigor, organization, and teamwork skills.
4. Very good command of English.
5. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus.
