1. Assist the Project Manager in operational management and digital project execution.
2. Participate in the deployment of an online appointment scheduling and queue management tool to enhance customer experience.
3. Create, modify, and automate email templates using Brevo to ensure consistent and personalized client communication.
4. Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to resolve bugs in the scheduling tool.
5. Provide technical support to digital business teams for various requests related to the tool.
6. Support the Product Owner in preparing reports, post-mortems, and detailed product performance analyses.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering, computer science, business, or communication program with a Bachelor's or Master's level (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
2. Strong interest in IT and a solid understanding of web culture.
3. Recognized for rigor, organization, and teamwork skills.
4. Proficient in English.

1. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is advantageous.
2. Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to demanding environments.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in IT and digital projects is essential.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or communication.
