1. Assist the Project Manager in operational management and steering of digital projects.
2. Participate in the deployment of an online appointment scheduling and queue management tool to enhance customer experience.
3. Create, modify, and automate email templates in the Brevo tool to ensure coherent and personalized client communication.
4. Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to resolve bugs in the appointment scheduling tool.
5. Provide technical assistance to digital business teams for various tool-related requests.
6. Support the Product Owner in preparing reports, post-mortems, and detailed analyses of product performance.

1. Enrollment in an engineering, computer science, business, or communication school, with a level of Bac+3 to Bac+5.
2. Passion for IT and strong web culture.
3. Recognized for rigor, organization, and team spirit.
4. Very good command of English.
5. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus.
6. Autonomy and ability to adapt quickly to a demanding environment.
