- Support the Product Marketing team on the end-to-end execution of product launches and seasonal activations across European markets.
- Coordinate marketing operations: prepare and localize POS materials, briefs, launch calendars and packaging assets for retail and e‑commerce partners.
- Liaise with cross‑functional partners — sales, retail, regulatory, supply chain and external agencies — to ensure timely campaign roll‑out and compliance.
- Contribute to trade marketing and in‑store activation planning, including merchandising guidelines and promotional toolkits.
- Monitor and report on launch KPIs and campaign performance; consolidate feedback from markets and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain product and project documentation, trackers and asset libraries to ensure data integrity and version control.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Luxury Management or a related field (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear briefs and presentation materials.
- Interest in fragrance and beauty categories, with sensitivity to luxury positioning and retail dynamics.
- Professional maturity, discretion and a collaborative mindset suited to a high‑performance, cross‑border team.

Previous internship experience in marketing, brand support, retail operations or a beauty/luxury environment is desirable but not mandatory; the role is designed for a candidate in alternating education seeking practical, on‑the‑job experience in product marketing.
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme (marketing, business, luxury management or equivalent) and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
