1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal teams and clients.
2. Drive the business within the Shoes Category, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning.
3. Coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople, fostering a positive working environment.
4. Provide initial and ongoing training for team members, emphasizing Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
5. Collaborate with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge.
6. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range is $70,200 to $100,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
