1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for both internal teams and clients.
2. Drive business growth within specific product categories through strategic planning and execution.
3. Coach and manage a diverse team of sales professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
4. Collaborate closely with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge and insights.
5. Conduct analysis, reporting, and assortment planning for assigned product categories in partnership with the Home Office buying team.
6. Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses.
7. Ensure the boutique's image and operational standards are upheld, delivering elevated client service to drive business results.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Deep understanding and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, and product offerings.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,100 to $105,000, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and other compensation components.
