Chanel Assistant Product Manager Intern — Beauty & Fragrance

- Support the Product Management team on the 31 Le Rouge fragrance/beauty project, contributing to launch planning and execution.
- Prepare and maintain product briefs, technical dossiers and timeline trackers for cross‑functional stakeholders (R&D, packaging, regulatory, supply chain, merchandising).
- Coordinate sample requests, fit and quality validations, and feedback loops with suppliers and internal teams.
- Assist in market and competitive analysis, synthesising insights to inform product positioning and merchandising recommendations.
- Contribute to the preparation of launch materials: sell‑in presentations, training documents, POS content and internal communications.
- Monitor project budgets and purchase orders in collaboration with finance and procurement where applicable.
- Participate in cross‑departmental meetings, take notes, follow up on action points and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level programme in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Business, Cosmetics/Beauty or related discipline.
- Prior internships (ideally within beauty, luxury goods or FMCG) demonstrating exposure to product or launch projects are preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
- Rigorous attention to detail, especially for technical dossiers and regulatory documentation.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills appropriate for cross‑functional coordination and supplier interaction.

Student-level: currently enrolled in a postgraduate programme; prior internship experience in beauty, luxury or FMCG product, marketing or project coordination is advantageous (typically 3–12 months).
Enrolment in a Master’s degree (e.g. Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Business, Cosmetics/Pharmacy/Packaging-related programme).
