- Contribute to the development of the annual merchandising animation plan, ensuring alignment with distribution strategy and budget constraints.
- Manage fragrance, makeup, and skincare campaigns by adapting and deploying international and regional guidelines specific to the export zone.
- Analyze the return on investment of campaigns to identify optimization opportunities and enhance future performance.
- Oversee local production of promotional materials, coordinating needs, drafting briefs, conducting tenders, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Develop merchandising recommendations for new store openings and permanent fixtures in line with the customer experience strategy.
- Participate in the creation and updating of permanent material catalogs by category and support type.
- Assist in the development of an automated order form for new store openings.
- Collect and analyze field data and conduct regular competitive analysis to anticipate needs for new POS concepts and furniture.
- Act as the primary contact for merchandising-related inquiries within the zone.
- Organize and coordinate onboarding programs for new recruits, focusing on merchandising best practices.
- Lead and participate in internal talks, workshops, or sessions to share merchandising knowledge and field experiences.
- Propose simplifications and innovations in merchandising through the development of accessible and impactful educational materials.
- Monitor the impact of Merchandising Learning initiatives and propose continuous improvements to strengthen the merchandising culture within the team.
- Previous experience in product, merchandising, commercial, or trade roles.
- Proficiency in project management, including coordination, brief writing, tendering, production monitoring, and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize data for decision-making.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and initiative in developing new POS concepts and simplifying merchandising practices.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret field data and campaign feedback.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Curiosity and proactive attitude towards competitive analysis and improvement opportunities.
- Result-oriented with a focus on the tangible impact of merchandising actions.
Previous experience in merchandising, product management, or related fields is required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
