Chanel Assistant Manager, Product

1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for both the internal team and clients.
2. Drive the business of the assigned product categories, including Handbags, Small Leather Goods, Costume Jewelry, and Other Accessories.
3. Coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople, fostering a positive working environment and culture of feedback.
4. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for team members, covering Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
5. Analyze, report, and plan assortments in collaboration with the Home Office buying team.
6. Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses.
7. Ensure the boutique image and operational standards are upheld to deliver elevated client service and drive business results.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 to $95,000. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
