1. Monitor domestic transportation to ensure smooth delivery across the nation, with special attention to seasonal products and new campaigns.
2. Evaluate vendor performance to maintain service levels and conduct regular meetings for performance reviews.
3. Address complaints and service failures, driving vendor action plans and monitoring implementation.
4. Lead transportation vendor selection processes, including sourcing, tendering, contracting, and negotiation.
5. Fine-tune transportation networks post-selection and maintain a robust vendor pool.
6. Support line manager in upgrading transportation modes to enhance network agility and resilience.
7. Manage PRO and payment processes in Coupa, including POD verification and filing.
8. Prepare transportation KPI reports and monitor overall performance.
9. Develop and review SOPs, ensuring their effective implementation.
10. Initiate and monitor budget accuracy against actual spending.
11. Act as an enabler to support business requirements, driving improvements and solutions such as new POS openings.
12. Manage and execute projects effectively.
13. Handle insurance declarations for new locations and events, and manage insurance claims to protect Chanel's interests.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher

1. Proficiency in English communication, both oral and written
2. Strong communication, presentation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
3. Business acumen and self-motivation
4. Agile mindset and quick learning ability
5. Time management and high responsibility

Over 8 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a focus on vendor management and project management.

Bachelor’s degree or higher
