- Support month‑end and periodic closing activities for logistics and distribution cost centers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of postings.
- Prepare and consolidate operational and financial reports, including inventory valuation, cost-to-serve analyses and variance explanations for management.
- Monitor logistics KPIs (transportation, warehousing, inventory turnover, stock accuracy) and translate findings into concise management summaries.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and rolling‑forecast updates for logistics expenses and capital projects.
- Perform ad‑hoc cost analyses and scenario modelling to support decision-making across supply chain and distribution teams.
- Collaborate with warehouse, transport and planning stakeholders to validate transactions, resolve discrepancies and improve process controls.
- Contribute to process-optimization and control-strengthening initiatives, participating in cross-functional projects as required.
- Document procedures and deliverables; present findings and recommendations to the controller and operations leads.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Finance, Management, Supply Chain, Economics or equivalent, with availability for alternance starting September 2026.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to numerical accuracy and process controls.
- Effective communicator, able to synthesize financial data into clear, executive‑level summaries.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with operational teams and to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional curiosity and eagerness to learn commercial and logistical performance levers within a luxury retail/manufacturing context.
