Chanel Assistant Logistics Management Controller (Apprenticeship)

1. Support month‑end and periodic closing activities for logistics and distribution cost centers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of postings.
2. Prepare and consolidate operational and financial reports, including inventory valuation, cost-to-serve analyses and variance explanations for management.
3. Monitor logistics KPIs (transportation, warehousing, inventory turnover, stock accuracy) and translate findings into concise management summaries.
4. Assist in budgeting, forecasting and rolling‑forecast updates for logistics expenses and capital projects.
5. Perform ad‑hoc cost analyses and scenario modelling to support decision-making across supply chain and distribution teams.
6. Collaborate with warehouse, transport and planning stakeholders to validate transactions, resolve discrepancies and improve process controls.
7. Contribute to process-optimization and control-strengthening initiatives, participating in cross-functional projects as required.
8. Document procedures and deliverables; present findings and recommendations to the controller and operations leads.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Finance, Management, Supply Chain, Economics or equivalent, with availability for alternance starting September 2026.
2. Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to numerical accuracy and process controls.
3. Effective communicator, able to synthesize financial data into clear, executive‑level summaries.
4. Capacity to work collaboratively with operational teams and to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
5. Professional curiosity and eagerness to learn commercial and logistical performance levers within a luxury retail/manufacturing context.
