Chanel Assistant IT Management Controller (Alternance)

1. Support the IT Financial Controller in month-end closing, consolidation and preparation of IT cost reports (OPEX and CAPEX).
2. Monitor and reconcile IT-related invoices, vendor spend and cost allocations to ensure correct posting and accounting treatment.
3. Prepare budgetary follow-ups, rolling forecasts and variance analyses with clear explanations for corporate stakeholders.
4. Build and maintain Excel-based trackers and management dashboards; propose and implement process improvements and automation.
5. Follow the financial progress of IT projects and investments, tracking commitments, actuals and forecasted spend.
6. Coordinate with IT, Procurement and Finance teams to collect data, validate entries and ensure completeness of reporting.
7. Draft clear, concise financial summaries and presentation materials for reporting to senior management.
8. Contribute to ad hoc analyses and support continuous improvement of management control practices within the IT organisation.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, Business Administration or Information Systems under a work-study (alternance) arrangement.
2. Strong numerical proficiency and rigorous attention to detail.
3. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models, pivot tables and structured reporting.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
5. Organised, proactive and able to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Previous internship experience in finance, management control, accounting or IT project finance is advantageous but not mandatory; ideal candidates will have some exposure to corporate finance processes through prior internships or academic projects.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, Business Administration, or Information Systems (work-study/alternance).
