- Manage the allocation of high-end pieces for the Europe region, ensuring efficient transfer flows between boutiques for events and client presentations.
- Ensure adherence to assortment requirements in terms of available quantities and coherence of European stock.
- Guarantee the execution of stock rotation and availability timelines across retail and wholesale networks in Europe.
- Support European market intermediaries and Retail France teams by addressing all requests related to exceptional pieces to ensure an outstanding client experience and support sales.
- Utilize product knowledge to contribute to the selection of exceptional pieces for client presentations.
- Contribute to effective European stock management by updating and continuously optimizing tracking tools for quantitative and qualitative visibility.
- Ensure the quality of pieces by overseeing restoration and after-sales service requests globally, optimizing coordination between departments.
- Significant initial experience in merchandising, operational marketing, or business analysis, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong interest in high jewelry and high watchmaking.
- Proactive, organized, and autonomous.
- Logical and conscientious thinking to improve operational efficiency.
- Service-oriented with a client focus.
- Proficiency in Excel and English.
- Attention to detail and operational rigor.
- Ability to work autonomously while being an essential member of a collaborative team.
- Capability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
Previous experience in merchandising, operational marketing, or business analysis within the luxury sector is preferred.
