Chanel Assistant, Heritage & Creations (Fashion, Watchmaking & Jewellery)

- Support the corporate Collections & Heritage teams in cataloguing, documenting and preserving archival pieces across fashion, watchmaking and jewellery.
- Assist creation teams by preparing reference dossiers, mood boards and visual presentations for seasonal and heritage-led projects.
- Coordinate loans, internal transfers and returns between ateliers, showrooms and external partners; track items through inventory systems and update records.
- Perform research on provenance, materials and historical context to inform conservation decisions and communications.
- Maintain digital asset libraries and support the digitisation of physical archives and photographic records.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects (marketing, museums, exhibitions) and prepare administrative documentation, meeting notes and project timelines.
- Eligible for alternance (apprenticeship/work‑study) starting September 2026; currently enrolled in a relevant university or grande école programme.
- Academic background in fashion design, art history, museum studies, heritage management, product development or a related discipline.
- Excellent organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail when handling valuable or sensitive objects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with discretion and professionalism.
- Good digital literacy with experience in document preparation and data entry.
